The civilization evidence presented here is the second report to be drawn from the NASA-JPL-MSSS official MGS MOC M02-00163 narrow-angle image strip. It should be noted that this strip has produced the most numerous anomalous discoveries so far for me of any single strip I've yet encountered in the MGS MOC imaging science data. It should also be noted that the colossal evidence seen in the companion M02-00164 wide-angle strip as per my report #003 titled "Colossal Head & Animal Monuments" was the red flag that brought attention to this narrow-angle image evidence and that I believe this red flag treatment was made available intentionally by someone rebelling within the secrecy insider's camp as explained in that report.
The primary evidence presented here in this rough rugged physical terrain is a large ceremonial round dome with its associated city and airport facilities as well as natural white water river systems framing this civilization center, all as pointed out by the text labels and arrows in the above first image. Fortunately the huge dome is large enough to be seen reasonably well but lesser more normal size large objects like the city buildings do not fair as well in this poor resolution imaging. I see the buildings in the full file size science data imaging but it is at the edge of resolution and a little too much detail is lost in presenting this evidence as compressed JPEG images on the Web.
In any case, note the location of the different basic evidence areas pointed out in the above first image so that you can recognized these locations in the closer view images that follow.
In the above second image, note the face with two eyes and a nose looking back at us from within the dome conveying a "I see you" message as well as what appears to be giant tall trees to our immediate left of the face. I suspect that this is a ceremonial center and that this is a calculated artwork illusion effect on the dome's clear surface designed to impress and draw attention. On our right edge of the dome is a poorly seen massive portico structure area representing the front entrance to this dome complex that extends out from the dome to a broad avenue represented by the dark narrow line you see pointed out with an arrow. The resolution is just too poor to see it very well but that broad avenue (the dark line) is created by the shadows cast by taller buildings on each side of the avenue framing the gap the long wide avenue forms between the buildings.
Directly across the dark line avenue in front of the dome's portico area is a immense human appearing towering statue (upper torso) that is actually far larger than the large buildings around it and that's the only reason we can see it at all in this blurry poor resolution. This statue object upper torso and head area can be better seen in the next closest view image below where it has been pointed out again with an arrow and text label.
Immediately close behind the statue and line of buildings across the avenue from the portico is a river system with white water cascading down this incline. The longer length of this river system can be seen better in the first wide-angle image in this report where is comes from the far right to left up near the top back edge of this city where it encounters the rise this civilization evidence is located on and then deflects and turns down running in the terrain immediately behind the statue at the base of the rise. Likewise, to our left immediately behind the dome is another better seen white water river system that has cut deep into the terrain geology and this important evidence is also pointed out with an arrow and text label in the closest view third image below.
Liquid surface water evidence is ultra important because it confirms that atmospheric temperature conditions on Mars are not nearly as severely cold and hostile to life as officially promoted by NASA and JPL and most of the scientific community following blindly in their path. Water is the key because it enables life in general and specifically no doubt the very life and civilization evidence being reported on here. Once one begins to realize that liquid surface water is actually present on Mars, contrary to official indoctrination, then it follows that the concept of life there also gradually becomes more perceivable and acceptable.
However, do not confuse that I am accusing NASA or JPL of falsifying temperature science data here either because I am not. I think that is possible and certainly would not rule it out but the presence of intelligent and highly technologically advanced life on Mars as evidence in this and other reports must also logically be taken into consideration as well. Obviously it would be no problem at all for such highly advanced life to track in coming Earth probes, interfere with them, and manipulate the science data being sent back to Earth. That possibility is certainly there but NASA and JPL's avoidance and less than forth coming behavior that does not inspire trust also points in its own direction.
In the above third image closest view, the statue and the dark line avenue framed by very blurred buildings can be seen just a bit better. Significantly, note that the statue appears to have a fairly human like face, hair on top of its head, and upper torso. This evidence combined with the not too distant colossal head monument (seen in the 4th last image below) that also appears human looking implies that this particular region and seat of power on Mars may be under the control of human or humanoid types. I suspect that this factor plays a role in why this particular area was chosen and red flagged by someone to be made available for us to see.
There is no room to get into this massive subject here but I feel I must mention that I am not implying by my above comments here that Mars is inhabited solely or primarily by humans. In fact, my research points in the opposite direction that Mars is probably inhabited by multiple intelligent and very different species. I've come to this conclusion based on physical artificial structure and its patterns evidence as well as warfare evidence that I will eventually be reporting on. We can't get into a discussion on all this here but just let me say that the artificial structures and pattern evidence is just too diverse to represent a single homogenous species, even with past isolation areas explaining some differences.
Now let's take a look at the difficult to interpret airport evidence. From the beginning, the dome and the artificial framework girder system just below it was the most obvious anomalous evidence available to see and therefore drew my initial attention to this site. The dome with its face looking out at us was obvious and easy in its interpretation but the clearly artificial girder system was not nearly as easy to interpret, except that it was obviously an artificial construct of some kind and not a natural part of the surrounding geology. At first, before I became more skilled at clarifying the imaging, I thought this might be a giant antenna system and I reported it as such. However, that just didn't satisfy me and I kept coming back to work with the imaging thinking that I was missing something.
Eventually, I worked out what this really is by finally seeing the rectangular clear transparent landing pad outline ever so faintly in the imaging over the girder system. The girder system is not an antenna complex but the gigantic elevated supports for a huge but very transparent clear aircraft landing pad suspended in the air within and on the arms of the girder system. The key to understanding this is to understand that a lot of the civilization evidence here at this site is designed and calculated to impress. The huge clear dome as seen from above on this mountainous rugged rise in the terrain on approach by aircraft with its impressive artwork probably etched into its otherwise clear surface and its huge massive portico fronting on a great wide processional avenue and the giant statue across the avenue from the dome front entrance are all designed to impress.
Likewise, the airport portion of the site is nothing less than a massive giant clear landing pad sitting within and on top of this massive girder system that is in turn located inset into a deep natural gully system as well as out on the edge of tremendous drop off of the rise into terrain much lower below is clearly designed to impress. Just imagine yourself stepping out of a perfectly safe enclosed and landed aircraft onto this clear platform where you appear to be suspended in the air over a tremendous drop far below and also looking out over a tremendous drop in the general terrain as well? What a combined powerful effect! If you aren't used to it, what do you think your reaction would be? Yes, that is the calculated effect.
This kind of evidence sort of reminds of the first time I visited a big very tall power plant. I walked across the solid ground level floor and into the nice enclosed perfectly safe elevator with a crowd of plant personnel and road it up quite a few stories to the top level. When I stepped out of the elevator behind others shielding my view forward and we stopped to discuss something, I suddenly realized that I was standing well out on metal grating that was the same on the lower levels and with the ground level visible many stories far below directly under my feet. I believe that I was disciplined enough to give no outward sign that anything was wrong but inwardly I thought I might have to void on myself and bolt back into the nice enclosed and solid elevator. It was of course an old trick that plant personnel loved to play on new unsuspecting types. I got used to it soon enough but I was young and inexperienced back then and it did temporarily put me off stride internally for a bit.
That is exactly what this particular evidence on Mars is designed to do. This is no doubt a mountainous retreat complete with dedicated support city facilities where important meetings take place in the high drama dome involving those participants originally far distant from and often times unfamiliar with this locale and its calculated effect. The technological display at this airport is used here to impress and convey a sense of grand power and may partially put some susceptible to its effects off stride. The trip from the landing pad down this wide processional avenue with the huge tall looming statue approaching in the distance and then the massive probably well ornamented dome entrance area is all designed to sustain and reinforce this effect.
I have no doubt either that a distant aircraft approaching this locale probably includes passage just over or between the colossal monuments seen in the above fourth image as previously reported on HERE from the companion M02-00164 wide-angle strip designed to initiate this "impress" effect. Then the huge clear aircraft landing pad, long wide processional avenue, the huge looming statue, the massive dome portico, and the dome with its artwork are all designed to enhance and sustain the effect. The above fourth image of the companion M02-00164 context wide-angle strip shows the locale of this retreat/meeting site position relative to the colossal monuments as represented by the small rectangular M02-00163 strip outline behind the colossal monuments as well as the site's location within the strip.
Having now seen some of the large size evidence from the M02-00163 narrow-angle strip in comparison to the above simply colossal monuments in the M02-00164 wide-angle strip, can you image the immense size scale involved here? I must admit that I would dearly love to see and experience this site and its effect on Mars for myself. So, if any out there monitoring this report are experienced with this site, how about it?
Oh well, there are a number of other things important about the analysis of this site. One is the two river systems with their running liquid surface white water in the open that gives us a quite different insight as to true temperatures on Mars as opposed to the official information that this planet is very hard frozen where liquid surface water is quite impossible. Further, if we assume a more human like population mix in this particular region with survival requirements similar to our own, the portion of the city out in the open not under a protective cover in front of and around the dome also gives us quite different insight as to true temperature and atmospheric conditions on Mars than the official promoted view.
Then there is the aircraft landing pad itself. Its clear suspension construction and design speaks of a technology level well beyond our own here on Earth. Further, the rectangular landing pad design tells us that a fairly straight down aircraft landing approach is the name of the game here as opposed to the long landing lengths required for airfoil lift type aircraft here on Earth evidencing again a technology level beyond our own. In fact, it should be noted that just such aircraft type evidence with this ability is drawn nearby from this very same M02-00163 strip as presented in my report #004 report titled "Aircraft, Buildings & Other Anomalies." That combined with the massive size of the landing pad (remember this is very distant satellite imaging & objects seen here are really huge) implies the possible ability to collect large aircraft and/or a lot of of them in a concentrated space suspended in the air above a few gigantic supports and this is again beyond our technology level here on Earth.
Also, note that the landing pad itself is very clear, so much so that it is very difficult to see and recognize in this evidence, as you can see in the above images. The only reason that we can see it even vaguely at all is because of its massive thickness as seen at the edges from this great distance. Also, it should be noted that such a massive flat level surface would eventually tend to catch wind blown sediment deposits even in this mountainous terrain and that would obviously work to obscure its upper surface over time. The fact that the landing pad's surface is so clear and hard to see clearly implies that this surface and its obvious cleanliness is being actively maintained. Same with the dome's curved outer surface. This clearly implies that we are looking at active live well maintained civilization evidence and not old dead ruins.
Some find this particular direction that the evidence is pointing in disturbing apparently having preferences that any such evidence, if it must exist at all, confirm long dead civilizations in ruins. I do not have preconceived preferences of any kind like this and therefore find this a bit strange. For me, evidence is evidence and is what it is until and if better evidence comes along. What ever the reality is, that is what we need to focus on and attend to within ourselves. Internal growth and truth go hand in hand.
Finally, what no discussion of tampering? Well tampering is definitely present and plentiful in this strip and I pointed out a couple of broad areas of it of it in my first image here. But, although it is extensive here and thoroughly covering up other evidence unseen because of it, it's not a strong factor directly impacting the particular visible anomalous evidence discussed here too much in the relative sense of what I normally experience in this research. The worst that has been done impacting this evidence is some basic resolution degrading treatments.
In my first image at the top of this report, the upper left quadrant to the immediate left of the dome is an area of dense heavy lumpy image tampering completely blotting out a large area of something there. In the upper right quadrant is a large area of dark smooth flattened foggy image tampering covering up something there in some lowlands, including some wrapping around under this anomaly site rise. I of course have no idea what has been hidden under these applications and have kept the focus of my analysis on what is visible and reportable. Frankly, it's a relief not to have to talk so much about image tampering as has been necessary in so many other reports.
SUMMARY POINTS:
(1) The dome, city, and airport evidence confirms intelligent civilized life on Mars.
(2) The civilization evidence designed to impress implies a probable seat of power.
(3) The tall statue across from the dome implies the possibility of a human seat of power.
(4) The colossal head monument in MO2-00164 reaffirms possible human origins here.
(5) Some of the evidence demonstrates a technology level well beyond ours here on Earth.
(6) The cleanliness factor clearly implies an active living civilization as opposed to old ruins.
(7) Active civilization evidence in the open undermines official views on atmospheric conditions.
(8) Liquid surface water evidence also undermines official positions on atmospheric conditions.
