The civilization evidence here is drawn from the MGS MOC official science data SP2-54006 strip. Note that this is the same strip from which I reported the first publicly reported discovery of standing liquid surface water on Mars back in 7/27/2000. It was in that earlier report #002 titled "First Discovery of Standing Liquid Water" found HERE that I presented the water and some civilization evidence immediately around the water site. However, I only alluded to other important civilization evidence in this strip in that earlier report but did not actually report on it, only primarily on the water evidence and just what civilization evidence was visible in the immediate water site locale along with the water itself.

Whether right or wrong, my thinking back in those early days was that combining both very strong water and civilization evidence in the same piece would cause too many problems in too many viewers minds because it would just be too much to adjust to and tend to cancel each other out. Further, that much reporting in a single piece would have occupied more web space than was available to me at the time in using my associate's web presentation space. Also, I was less experienced with the graphics software at the time and so not completely sure of the evidence. So, I basically left the best of the civilization evidence out. This report will now correct that omission by reporting some additional very powerful additional civilization evidence.

Meanwhile, to give you an idea why I wasn't worried too much that others looking in this strip trying to track behind on the water discovery would stumble on the major civilization evidence, take a look at the above first image in this report. This is the exact same view of the civilization evidence as reported here that is provided in the official science data. Do you see anything suggesting possible civilization evidence? Probably not and you wouldn't be alone either because you would have the whole rest of the scientific world as company.

That is the whole point of the effectiveness of this distant resolution tampering. When one draws back just far enough away from the evidence and one makes sure that there are no familiar frames of reference to determine true size scale are present in the strip to tip off a viewer as to the true size scale, the civilization evidence then just merges into the terrain and in appearance takes on a natural tiny terrain detail look like that in my first image here. This gives you an idea why this kind of cityscape civilization evidence isn't found by others in this science data. Viewers not adequately aware of the true size scale are looking for something larger more familiar looking and they're never going to see it unless they get a grip on this resolution tampering thing and routinely dig deeper and look much closer.

In any case, the above second image demonstrates some of the stronger civilization evidence that I held back reporting on in my earlier report from this strip. This is a relatively small patch of cityscape left out of the heaviest of the imaging tampering applications that are also seen in the peripheral darker areas in this same image around it. However, as you can see, even though this represents a small patch relative to the wider area scene, this patch alone still represents a very large cityscape in absolute terms.

Note the pronounced densely massed multiple height rectangular structures in the lighter color area in the mid part of the image extending from the left image edge to the right across the center area. Note how these rectangular high rise structures are clustered together in highly organized patterns just as a large city's densely packed buildings would look. The view resolution is much too distant to be able to see individual building details but you can still clearly see each structure's basic rectangular and linear geometry, their general size and height relative to their neighbors, and most of all the very obvious highly organized pattern of placement relative to each other, just as they might appear in a cityscape scene here on Earth.

Also, note how the row upon row of lines of structures in the foreground are at an angle to the camera view meaning that they are crossing diagonally across the base pixel grid of the digital image rather than following that squared grid and it forcing them into its pattern. Obviously all this massed rectangular structure evidence repeating itself over and over again in the many hundreds of high rise structures in highly organized rigid and repetitive patterns has no parallel in natural geology and is inexplicable by any such measure. On the other hand, it obviously has close parallel as artificial structure civilization evidence we are familiar with in Earth aerial and satellite imaging of large city scenes.

Although this evidence in the center area of my second image here is obvious once pointed out, the truth is that this particular whole image scene right out to all the image edges is also densely packed civilization evidence. The difference is that most of the visuals of it in the other areas of the image have been obscured by some fairly heavy duty direct object specific image tampering applications. This scene with this patch of civilization evidence mostly left sticking out and available to see demonstrates that the image tampering, at least in the earlier released MOC imaging, is very effective in most cases but certainly not entirely perfect.

The direct tampering application treatments probably obscure even larger structures. Meanwhile this patch was probably smaller in size below some tampering parameters mathematics threshold of the automated tampering software causing it not to get a dose of direct application treatments. In other words, the distance resolution treatment and some basic blur was suppose to be enough to take care of this but did not quite do so. No one is perfect and remember just how effective this distancing treatment is in my first image here at the top of this report.

For any would be detractors and/or disinformation specialists wishing to argue that these rectangular structures are created by too much zoom factor generating too much base pixelization forcing ground detail into tiny rectangles aligned with the base squared pixel grid and not really true ground level detail, please note the rigid patterns of the evidence crossing diagonally across the squared pixel grid completely ignoring the influence of that rigid grid pattern. Note the multiple irregular height structures present defying pixel grid uniformity, further countering any such pixelization arguments.

Also, note the smooth foggy area of image tampering immediately below the cityscape scene. Note how smooth this area is and how free it is of pixelization relative to the much larger massed rectangular structures area. This demonstrates conclusively that pixelization is not a factor here and that the rectangular objects are true ground based detail in the terrain. Why? Because the base pixel grid is made up of uniform squares and, if too much zoom pixelization were true in one area of the image, it would be just as true in all areas of the image to the same degree. The fact that it is not as demonstrated here is the proof that city scene is true ground detail defying the influence of the pixel grid and therefore not image artifact.

The fact is that I always take pixelization into consideration in all my imaging and scrupulously avoid taking my imaging zoom factors that far. Further, I never use filters of any kind because filters can alter evidence that is hard to detect happening. Obviously, if I did so, I would merely be providing others free ammunition to use against this evidence. So I keep my imaging simple and easily defensible should it ever come to that.

As strong as the civilization evidence is in the previous second image, it is even stronger and more serious here in the above third image showing even more massive densely packed multiple height rectangular structure civilization evidence in row after diagonal row. Don't let the density of this evidence overwhelm your senses and don't be satisfied to just sit back and look at it. To see and judge this evidence properly, you need to also get close to the screen and examine this very closely.

While you're at it, note the difference between the better more clearly seen civilization evidence in the mid and upper areas of the above third image and the lower left area just at the bottom of the image showing some intrusion of increased heavier blur image tampering from a larger area of it just below this image's view point. The addition of the direct application blur tampering and its effect on the rectangular structure evidence should be very obvious and provide you with a useful gauge enabling recognition of the tampering applications themselves.

Remember, if you were looking at this in the standard 100% official provided resolution image as in my first image here, all of this evidence would be extremely tiny, none of it could probably be seen, and would only look like tiny normal looking ground detail with no reason to zoom in on it to examine in greater detail. That is by design and is one of the main reasons why this kind of profound civilization evidence never gets found by most researchers misdirected by the image tampering, especially the manipulation of the size scale. Further, anything like this is assumed to be impossible to start with by those accepting at face value the official indoctrination that Mars is a hard frozen, dry as dust, dead world. So, if you aren't objective and regard such evidence as impossible to start with, what's the point of looking closer?

Note that these structures are oriented in long parallel row or line patterns and that many of the long diagonally oriented rows are mostly same height structures while others are clearly taller and multiple height. This is typical of some Mars civilization evidence and I have reported on this elsewhere. For example, my report #048 titled "City in the Great Rift System" found HERE demonstrates more good examples of this same type of civilization evidence pattern.

As tiny as each structure is here in this imaging, all this evidence consists of high rise huge individual structures with most being much larger than many of the largest buildings here in the largest cities on Earth. That huge size factor is the only reason that we can see these structure's outlines and patterns here at all, even with the zoom factor. Lesser structures simply could not be seen at all here even with the zoom factor. For example, as distant and blurry as this Mars evidence is, a large Earth city could probably not be seen nearly this well in comparable imaging official resolutions.

The point is that the true size scale of this cityscape is really huge and it represents some serious high population density. Further, as with most of this type of evidence, it appears to be in good shape implying it is probably currently operational and not some ancient long dead ruins, with all the implications that go with that. That's what makes this kind of evidence such a powerful National Security and secrecy issue the likes of which cannot be generated by natural geology, plants, water, or even long dead civilization ruins. This is what the big deal is all about generating the secrecy.

Here in the above fourth image is yet another scene of this same huge sprawling super metropolis cityscape but taken just to the right of that in the third image field of view. Like all this imaging, it is a bit blurry due to the limited resolution and a variety of partially obscuring direct image tampering treatments, but it is still clear enough to be discernible for what it is. You can see that some of the rows of clearly rectangular structures have now turned in angle a little toward the camera with the rows seen on end giving us another different view angle in addition to the diagonal view. This once again refutes any potential argument that this evidence is the result of pixelization created by too much zoom factor altering small detail and confirms that this true ground level detail.

I've included this particular additional scene because of two things. First, I want you to get a feel for the huge expansive size/density scale involved in this incredible super metropolis. Second, this particular scene also demonstrates what appears to be a likely long line of relatively narrow but very clear continuous dome length extending from image side to side across the center area. The terminating end of this particular dome length can also be seen on the right side of the previous third image. Further, the terminating end of yet another different dome length can also be seen in the upper right side of the above fourth image. Although too distantly seen for any real detail except for basic outline, these long domes lengths are still quite conspicuous with their outline running through all this rectangular structure evidence.

I want you to take note of these long dome lengths because this points out the important fact that most of this particular super metropolis as well as other city evidence like it that appears in some of my other reporting are conspicuously out in the open and not under some protective cover like a dome. Once the full implications for this are understood, it will be realized that this kind of evidence likely has some serious implications as to the correctness of the official party line that Mars is a hard frozen, dry as dust, dead as can be world where life of any kind that we might be familiar with would be in serious survival trouble out in open environs. Further, it also has serious implications for the reliability of some of the technical hard science temperature data that the official view of Mars is supposedly derived from and built upon. Additionally, this will be further reinforced considerably by the new liquid surface water evidence with its implications that I will be releasing.

Even though sufficient detail is not present to be conclusive, the general good shape of this massed rectangular structure evidence means that there is still enough information to warrant speculating reasonably as to the likelihood that we are looking at active civilization evidence and on a super high density scale. That factor is unfortunately the rub with this kind of evidence being reasonably acceptable to some Earth viewers because it may be interpreted as too disturbing and scary. It is one thing to contemplate safely from a distance the "theoretical" question of whether there ever was intelligent life on Mars, but it is a entirely different matter to see hard objective visual evidence from the science data itself of a vast spreading and aggressively active existing civilization on this sister planet of ours. After all, Mars isn't really that far away and let's not forget that it has a lot more land surface available for population spread than here on Earth with our 70% water coverage and much heavier gravity well.

Some may find the direction of this evidence disturbing and uncomfortable and therefore have difficulty in being willing to objectively contemplate it no matter how strong or clear the evidence is. Yet, if there are civilizations on Mars as some of this evidence is indicating, then this is already the reality whether we are willing to perceive it or not and history teaches us that reality always prevails by ultimately intruding itself into false perceptions. Further, if it is already the reality, then it is likely already impacting our lives in ways unknown to us whether we are willing to perceive that or not either. To put it mildly, ignorance is no way to be meeting new realities and that means we need to wake up and face what we must deal with.

Just remember, like all the visual evidence presented by me via this independent research, this visual evidence is 100% verifiable in and fully supported by NASA and JPL and MSSS's own raw hard science data. This is not something manufactured or manipulated into existence by me either in whole or in the tiniest part. I am merely the messenger bringing this information into awareness.

DOCUMENTATION

The easiest way to check behind me to confirm and validate this evidence in the official science data is to access it via the MSSS website link below. While the water site in report #002 is located about 60% of the way down from the top of the third listed official strip, the civilization evidence reported on here is about 80% to 90% of the way further down the strip. Note that this is very long and narrow strip offering only a very distant view causing the civilization evidence to be very small to tiny. That means graphics software will definitely be needed to lighten, zoom in, and clarify to match my results.

This http://www.msss.com/moc_gallery/ab1_m04/images/SP254006.html link accesses the MGS MOC official SP2-54006 narrow-angle strip. There are three browser compatible strips available there and all work. The first is a faster loading but poorer resolution JPEG strip and the second is a better resolution but slower loading GIF strip and both are sinusoidal (angled) projected strips. However, be warned that both offer only a very distorted flipped view of the evidence. To match my results here, you will need to use the third listed slower loading but better resolution straight oriented GIF strip same as I used. This is really the official orientation same as used in the raw science data strip the scientists see and it offers a much better undistorted view of the evidence. Use any other strip and your results will be problematic.
