The above 1st image provides a context
wide-angle view of the territory the evidence in this report is located in
on Mars. The most prominent feature we are looking at above is the main portion
of the great crack system named Valles Marineris. In the center is the huge
Melas Chasma and to the upper left pointed out with the red arrow is Echus
Chasma where this evidence site is located.
It should be noted that this location is also the same location of the forearm
of the gigantic "Hand of Power" imagery in my 2004 Report
059 at the link below. It should also be noted that this imagery symbolism
is also all about water produced by the Hand of Power on huge scale and, if
in part is artificially created, it was meant to be seen from space or orbit.

You should also know that fairly
nearby in planetary distance and north west (upper left) of this area not
imaged here is a region on Mars known as the Tharsis Bulge. This is the location
of past major volcanic activity on Mars with a number of huge volcanic mounts.
This region rose substantially with this volcanic activity forming some of
the largest volcanic mounts in our Solar System. For example, Olympic Mons
there is 22 km (82,000 feet) or 14 miles high relative to its surrounding
terrain and three times the height of Earth's Mount Everest.
Needless to say, although there is no significant scientific agreement on
this that I know of, it is logical to suspect that the volcanic Tharsis "Bulge"
region rising up so much and over such a vast area no doubt over time via
geological stretching stress in the mantle contributed to the formation of
the Mars nearby great crack system Valles Marineris. Any water present whether
surface or underground in this Tharsis and neighboring areas would have been
pushed east and south draining via gravity into the Valles Marineris. In fact,
if the Hand of Power is in part imagery created in the terrain by artificial
means as suspected, it is possible that this combination of rising terrain
and super deep pit (Valles Marineris) was an intentional manipulation to capture
and preserve surface water underground in ancient times.
Over the eons the water flowing off the Tharsis Bulge rising terrain toward
the crack would have as surface water drains carved deep visible to the satellite
troughs in the land on its way to the crack and that is what we see in the
Echus Chasma evidence here. In fact, the consensus scientific opinion is that
the Echus Chasma canyons were created by water flows but only in ancient times.
Now this speculation stops short of confirming any surface water presence
in the drains today.
Why? In my opinion, I speculate that it is because there is something smooth
and level surfaced in the bottom of the Echus Chasma canyons reflecting sunlight
that could be interpreted as impossible water. Drawing attention to the drains
might also draw attention to what is currently in them encouraging real water
presence considerations despite the impossibility of it all. So they speculate
it to be old volcanic self leveling lava flows.
With that background in mind, now let's take a look at what appears to be
some telling evidence in the images below of current self leveling liquid
presence in some of these drain systems that is just not possible by mainstream
consensus scientific opinion.
The rest of the images below are from the ESA Mars Express satellite and were
brought to my attention by M. S. Namba. Now ESA images are often beautiful
via the adding of false color to them. On the other hand and in my opinion
by intent, also added with that color is a mat that often degrades image quality
into graininess. When one zooms in even on the supposedly higher quality tiff
images, the image is bigger but the underlying mat also gets more pronounced
resulting in a more grainy image loosing too much of the clarity necessary
for close definitive examination.

The above 2nd, 3rd and 4th image
evidence from a single ESA strip demonstrates some sort of self leveling liquid
still in the bottom of the canyon like surface drains as pointed out by the
red arrows. The tiff images offered no more real detail and so I did not use
them here for the closer looks. There is nothing really definitive here on
the issue of surface water versus volcanic lava flows but, as you can see,
the self leveling substance in the bottom center of the carved canyon clearly
appears to be a self leveling liquid and it looks an awful lot like water
to me. In my opinion the evidence pointed out by the red arrows speaks for
itself.
I suspect it does to the scientists as well. Yes I suspect it prompted them
to identify the whole Enchus Chasma area as a water "resource" but
stopped short of going beyond that out of fear of being labeled trouble makers
by saying that there appears to currently be liquid surface water in the drains
and note that it is unfrozen which is also telling as to temperature being
quite mild if this is truly water.

As you can see in the above 5th and 6th images from a different ESA strip, the self leveling fluid in evidence here demonstrates a turbulent surface as would flowing fluid as well as a real transparency factor. This transparency clearly rules out lava flow carving out these deep canyons and is obviously very suggestive of water flow.

The above 7th image and the images below are drawn from a 3rd different ESA strip demonstrates yet another wide-angle context scene of a water site in Echus Chasma. In this case, I've used tiff images for the closer views because in this case they do provide a slightly less grainy view and so I've used them. Note that the big bluff or cliff system in the foreground in the above 7th image is 4,000 meters high and the official speculation is that gigantic water falls may have plunged over these cliffs in ancient times. However, the real water evidence reported on here is in the background or top of this image.

As you can see in the above 8th,
9th, and 10th images, surface water flows into this site apparently over relatively
level terrain and it is probably very shallow until it starts collecting and
packing against the rock shoals spread across the background visible in the
very top of the 7th image. Here's a caution, everything that is bluish in
color here does not necessarily represent water as the blue is a false color
added to everything at official level. Still I think that we can tell which
is land and which is water for the most part.
The images here speak more than words alone can. Obviously, there is still
surface water coming down these drains actively carving them out on the surface
in Echus Chasma. If the scientists will not admit to current surface water
presence in the face of telling visual evidence like this, then they are never
going to unless they as a herd can safely follow someone of recognized stature
in their field and/or NASA or JPL that will make the path safe for them. Apparently
truth has a low to nonexistent priority with mainstream scientists in this
issue and the opposite of truth rules due to official secrecy and flawed human
behavior.
As I've said many times, this again demonstrates that the problem with space
exploration results and trying to extract some truth from it isn't a function
of the evidence as enough of it escapes the obfuscation tactics to objectively
reveal a lot of truth. The real problem is with flawed human herd psychology
and serving the God of self interest and getting a payday. Cooperation with
secrecy and its falsehoods equates to social issues myopically focused on
self like a big money payday for many as well as keeping reputations intact,
project funding flowing, and maintaining tenure.
Sadly the problem is that all of the falsehoods and denial so necessary to
maintain secrecy are over the years and decades permeating society at every
level so that very well educated mainstream people have built far too much
of their lives on a house of cards and on unstable sand. With denial becoming
the norm in their lives, they are afraid to question anything or speak their
mind on much of anything that their peer consensus might object to. That results
in a follower "yes" mentality where little is questioned when it
comes from official sources and that always negates their value to themselves
as well as to society.
This world needs not a bunch of "yes" people but those that question
everything and insist on objectivity and truth rather than just give it lip
service as a theoretical hallmark of their profession. If we Earth humans
keep going down this path as it is prepared for us by secrecy, our best and
brightest will be so corrupted that they will eventually not have sense enough
to come in out of the rain unless some consensus of peers or leaders tells
them it is okay to do so. This is the corrupting and crippling legacy of too
much secrecy and what the ignorance it breeds is doing to us.
