GUEST BOOK COMMENTS FROM JPL?

You should be aware that there is a extraordinary post in this website's guest book dated 4/7/2007 that alleges to be from someone deep inside JPL. As many of you know, JPL (the Jet Propulsion Laboratory) is the preeminent world entity involved in actual active space exploration as compared with NASA who is merely held publicly responsible for it. This person's comments appear below verbatim for your consideration.

"It is interesting to note that if you visit our Planetary Journal website and visit the database that displays Saturn's moon Titan, you will see that Cassini's radar has indeed detected massive lakes and oceans. We refer to this data as "lakes and oceans." It's all about proximity.

Of all the known planets in our solar system, Titan is perhaps the best breeding ground for basic life and it has obvious water (as in liquid composed of hydrogen and oxygen versus methane, ammonia, and other corrosive or toxic liquids that simulate water in photographic analysis). But, it is very far away and thus, we can be more truthful about it.

Yes, we do conceal some areas of Mars because of the mining rights the United States wants to secure there. If we do not conceal certain photographic areas sent by MRO or more detailed probes, our competing nations such as China, Russia, and other more capable spaceflight nations will no doubt recognize the presence of oil, precious minerals, ores and other profitable mining possibilities and attempt to begin mining operations on Mars before us. Proximity is why we must conceal certain areas of Mars. A skilled geologist can identify ore and mineral deposits simply by studying sedimentation and the types of geology in a detailed photograph or by spectroscopic analysis. There is a wealth of minerals and ores on Mars that many corporations currently attempting to gain control of Iraq and the Mideast oil would yet again, sadly, kill to obtain. Yet, they do not have the military or industrial means to secure both fronts: Mars and the Mideast.

Honestly, we are controlled by the same corporations that control our media. National Security is no longer merely secrets surrounding weapons. National Security is now securing our economy and economic investments. The media is heavily controlled by big business, which IS our government by the way. Corporations are now our "government" and this is why a trend in Presidents has turned toward former or current corporate executives. It is sad and we at JPL must sadly participate in this, or we lose our employment and funding. We are a pawn just like the US media. If we report truth, we lose. If we do what we are told, we gain.

I hope this helps a bit. This is a very professional website. Unfortunately, the covert operations at JPL are not all about supposed UFO's and aliens (I have no idea if they exist or not) -- it's about money in the form of oil, gold, silver, and new forms of ores you can't even begin to imagine. That is the only reason we tamper and conceal. To control the world, you must control the oil and resources, and if we point other nations to other sources, then we lose our power and wealth. See how it works? Thank you for your time."

Now obviously I have no way of knowing if this person is really from within JPL and it is appropriate to be cautious about the origins of such comments. On the other hand, here's my take on it. The calm articulate comments and the rational way they are presented sound as though they come from a very reasonable person with no particular ax to grind and not just from someone trying to pull our collective chain as a prank. Further, the points made are solid and would seem to be the kind of information and points of view that a reasonable person and in particular JPL would want you and I to consider in understanding JPL's position and the limitations they have to deal with. Obviously, if they cannot ignore them, then neither can we.

If the source is legitimate and from only a single individual in JPL as is portrayed here in the guest book post, then the lack of identifying information on this person makes sense as such a lone person breaking ranks with the collective secrecy would be at risk. In fact, the risk would be so high and the ability of a lone individual to shield their self from it so poor within the secrecy ranks that I question whether we are dealing with a lone person here or not but perhaps these comments are from some group either from within JPL or higher up the latter speaking on JPL's behalf for our special benefit?

Regardless of the true source, it is the message and insight that counts and counts big time here. Among certain obvious admissions here of image tampering, National Security involvement, and hiding information in this post, the main thrust of this message asks us to consider some very legitimate reasons why secrecy and National Security are so deeply embedded in the USA space exploration efforts and I personally agree with this position, at least to an extent. Such concerns are real and legitimate and my long recognition of them is why I never attempt to preach in my work against the secrecy crowd or try to sensationalize and whip up people's emotions to be against these people and let's go head hunting. In my opinion, that would be both irrational and irresponsible and no direction to lead people in.

On the other hand, what I do preach against is the lack of sufficient truth filtered down to the public about space exploration within practical reachable distances from Earth, as is the case with the Moon and Mars. The guest book message implies and would have us believe that the secrecy agenda is itself primarily a function associated with the valuable natural resources available on these planetary bodies in conjunction with the diverse political/competitive environment between countries here on Earth and who among competitors will be able to exploit them first to various national interests.

Perhaps this aspect of the message actually does represents a lone JPL insider's personal thoughts and viewpoint just as portrayed but I suspect it is more likely that this aspect of the message is merely misdirection as usual but of course very subtle. That is why it sounds so much like something the experienced secrecy agenda would attempt to do and why it sounds so very much like something that might actually originate from within JPL or their true secret corporate leadership elsewhere. Either the individual is influenced by too long association with the secrecy agenda and its propaganda or the secrecy agenda itself is attempting to use subtle psychology on you and I in a website's public forum cloaked in a reasonable sounding package of practical and legitimate considerations.

Why do I say this? Because of the growing visual evidence record at this website drawn right from their own science data. Remember, never forget the hard visual evidence or loose sight of it and its implications! It too carries many messages of truth quite apart from manipulation and one of them is that there appears to be not only living active intelligent life on Mars, and likely the Moon as well, but also life technologically advanced beyond our own. Even if not the only obfuscation target, such civilization evidence appears to most definitely be a primary target of all the image tampering and obfuscation tactics as to hiding truth, not just for the protection of natural resources in existence in these places.

The guest book message content brushes quickly past this factor by design trying to ignore it but both this visual evidence and its obfuscation is very real. That means this evidence's truth also cannot be ignored by you and I in favor of mental placebos designed to dull the senses and regardless of where reasonable and practical sounding messages such as this one in the guest book would attempt to redirect and bend our perception.

If there is intelligent technologically advanced life alive and active on these neighboring planetary bodies, then those planetary bodies and their resources are the planet occupant's by right and not Earth and its corporation's to exploit. Further, for anyone wishing to ignore the right of this obvious factor, such technologically advanced life will of course be more than capable of defending its turf from those who may wish to rip them off. Likewise, such bull headed designs or intent can mean major peril not just for the secrecy agenda crowd but for all on Earth in the face of that advanced technological capability. Further, after the warfare evidence that I've seen on Mars clearly demonstrating massive devastating capability in this regard, no one but a complete fool would want to put any of this capability to the test.

Now don't get me wrong here, the guest book message is valuable and is to be respected and well received regardless of the source. It makes observations and/or admissions that are I suspect eye opening to some but very important to understanding and truth and solid contributions in that regard to us all. In trying to make JPL's position and limitations box better understood, it articulates realities that we must all face and I wish to thank whoever posted it for the reasoned, well articulated, and valuable insight. However, at the same time, it also reveals the peril of our current path of doing business as usual.

What we must all come very soon to understand, including those associated with the secrecy agenda right to the top, is that it is our own technological advancement and not this website's evidence that is at the root of speeding up the process of engagement exponentially and relentlessly guaranteeing contact and interaction whether any ETs in our planetary environment want it or not or whether we want it or not or what anyone thinks about the timing of it. It is a driving force that apparently cannot be slowed or stopped! First because we populations here on Earth are never going to back away from as much technological advancement as we can get and second the secrecy agenda takes this a step further taking large chances and is never going to back off their own grasping and pushing the envelope in this regard with any neighbors we may have.

This is not a matter of some kind of seer ability or prophesy but nothing more than 2+2=4 logic, reason, and common sense. Further, time is running out and it will soon be time to fish or cut bait with no choices left. The timing of this is not within anyone's, and I do mean anyone's, practical control. We are relentlessly moving toward and accelerating into a new age of change and greater complexity whether we or anyone else is ready for it or not.

Now I agree with the basic guest book message as to the reality that a certain amount of secrecy is required to protect and preserve current shorter run national interests and that National Security must necessarily be an integral and valued part of Earth's outward expansion into space and time. I also understand that the merging of corporate, science and academic interests with public interests may be practically unavoidable and may define our future even further. I even see the need to value and preserve those with gained expertise in historical matters of secrecy. However, blanket universal secrecy of our closer planet's water, biological life and advanced intelligent life and civilizations is another matter entirely.

The secrecy level as actually practiced is so pervasive and encompassing that it not only breeds but deeply entrenches ignorance broadly across entire populations numbering in the billions moving whole social systems off center, off balance, away from larger environmental realities, toward shallow self-indulgent myopic self-focus and them or us polarizations, and into deeper and deeper ignorance. Generations grow up knowing nothing else but this or of their peril from it and accept it as normal. It is in fact fracturing Earth's social systems making them rigid, weak, and vulnerable to change and yet change always relentlessly comes. For that there will one day be a reckoning unless the artificially introduced breaches and schisms are healed and populations and their real leaders are brought into greater sync and balance with each other and each compromising with the other to achieve unity and purpose.

This is done by revealing Planetary Truth in digestible public doses trying to get as much healing and adapting done as can be done without further procrastination before the next cycle of change is upon us. This is what I am doing with this planetary evidence and demonstrating the necessary restraint rather than going for what is better for me personally and for others of like mind. The recent revealing of a little water ice presence on Mars is a good encouraging tentative step but not remotely enough and time is slipping away at an accelerated pace. The formula is simple: water + biological life + advanced life = accurate information + knowledge = ultimately better decision making + unity = success and survival. It is what we should want for us and it is what they want from us.

The perception of power and control is an illusion. It subverts and blinds to the peril already right at one's feet. For you who were so articulate and hopefully well intentioned in posting the excellent guest book message, wake up and smell the reality roses. If you can, feel free to join and work with us in the Planetary Truth Project for the sake of truth, right, and to create a better world here on Earth in relation to the past and any neighbors. A world of less ignorance and better balance for entire populations and not just trying to serve the myopic power and control interests of a corporate few. All will be valued and welcome.

Either way, feel free to continue to post any meaningful viewpoints you wish to be considered in the website's guest book public forum if you feel that this methodology will better preserve your anonymity and minimize your risk. Such input from other viewpoints is valued here and welcome. On the other hand, all should be forewarned that pranksters, wannabes, and bullies should be prepared to have your posts quickly and summarily deleted based solely on my judgment. This is a place for serious input and considerations and not a place for shallow and corrupted self-expression or seeking self-aggrandizement.

If a pattern of serious meaningful dialog appears to want to surface in this website's guest book arena, especially by those who may be at some risk and need anonymity, we will explore the establishment of a better forum for it that will provide protection for those who need it.
