REMOTE VIEWING (RV) THOUGHTS

Some may find it strange that I am making comment on this subject matter. I am doing so because I suspect it has a connection to the changes that will come. For what ever it is worth, you should all be aware that this may be an issue and may play a role in the changes to come. More specifically, that is especially true for those already involved in remote viewing and they should consider this a cryptic warning shot across the bow of awareness.

Russell Targ and Harold Putoff are putting out a new book on RV or Remote Viewing. The book isn't an issue, rather it is just that this reminds me to make a few general comments on this subject matter even though it may at first appear to be outside the field of planetary exploration this site deals with. Now these men are the experts on RV having with others and with civilian and military intelligence backing and influence initiated this RV field in an objective and controllable scientific context. Before that it had been something mostly associated with psychic and medium abilities that most regarded with skepticism, that is if they were aware of it at all.

Now years later many books have been written about RV and most of these people know much more about its practical use as a sometimes useful tool more than I do. So I am not purporting here to be any kind of expert at RV or its application as a tool. Yet, I have followed it and its development and have experimented fairly successfully in private with it without any established protocols. Likewise, my former associate Jeffrey McCann is formally trained in its use and I do converse over the years with those that practice it as they often follow my work. So this has been one of my many subjects of interest even though it has played no overt role at all in my work with planetary exploration and is not a tool that I have used in this work.

What I do know is that I know enough about it to be conclusive that it is real and that you should be aware of that fact. Why? Well for one thing because it plays a role in the secret activities of others and that includes those secrecy types involved in planetary exploration. You should be aware that decisions affecting our entire world and its future likely in part hinge on some of this RV work hidden behind veils of secrecy.

You should know that RV feedback received into the secrecy information pool is likely regarded with caution by those practicing RV. It is good that caution is considered because much of the full aspect of RV represents a lot of unknowns. However, the flaw is that their caution is likely dependent on objective RV protocols that those practicing it believe are scientific enough and sufficient enough because of the amount of objective science focused on its development and use. The protocols may may have a fairly scientific base but they are not sufficient and therein is the rub.

It all stems from what RV really is. If you know anything about RV, then you know that its initial exploration and development was an activity funded and controlled by civilian and military intelligence. The goal of that activity was not pure research into something new and to study its entire boundaries but rather the more limited goal of how it might be bent into a tool used to serve the purposes of gathering intelligence information. Worse, because it was sometimes effective and useful in this way, the mind set became entrenched that RV, even though incredible, is just a tool that can be exploited to benefit and that's the end of it.

RV is often effective as a tool of intelligence gathering and especially when dealing solely with Earth based issues but it would be a serious error in judgment to regard it as only or simply that. The truth is that research into RV as a tool barely scratches the surface of what it is.

To exploit RV as an information gathering tool, one must first enter what is for most of us an altered and at first unfamiliar psychological state that enables the process. Now it was also eventually discovered that others could be sometimes be proactively influenced in an offensive way by a subtle manipulation of this "tool" and I'm sure you can imagine how the intelligence communities and especially military intelligence regarded and guided that. So this thing we started out calling RV, becomes yet another tool, this time for offensive purposes. The only trouble is that this too barely scratches the surface of what RV really is.

Now there are obviously many inexplicable aspects to RV and its principles currently beyond our human understanding but ignoring this fundamental ignorance aspect of what we call RV is also tantamount to ignoring risk and peril. When you ignore something and its presence, you obviously cannot have sufficient defensive strategies in place to adequately lower any associated risk. If you still insist that you are "safe" with your protocols, then you are merely deluding yourself.

What risk you say? The key to that is in its use in relation to other entities. I'm going to suggest that what we inadequately call RV and its variations is not just a tool but a means of communication and likely a way of life for others that we will eventually have to interact with and, as such, is to them as walking is to us. We don't think about walking, we take it for granted and just do it as soon as physically possible after coming into this world. Most of us quickly become very skilled at walking on two legs because its imprinted in our genetic structure as bipedal life.

Now if we had to function on all four appendages, we would quickly be seriously handicapped in getting around. It could be done in basic but not without a lot of difficulty. That is what RV currently is to we humans, crudely getting around on all fours while others born to this are of course much more comfortable and agile at it. Just as you wouldn't want to get in a race with someone with yourself handicapped to all fours while they are using their two feet to full advantage, we don't want to develop dumb arrogance and try to get in a race with others born to this and playing their game on their home ground.

Because of what I suspect of the potential of RV, I also suspect that this is happening among our secrecy ranks in that some in the secrecy are trying to beat others at their own game. If so, that is fraught with the seeds of failure and ultimately is reducing mankind to the level of mere pawns and with insufficient respect in the eyes of others. You see the use of manipulation as a strategy breeds and sets the standard for counter measure manipulation strategy and on and on like this. It is this ever reinforcing cyclical move and countermove manipulation that becomes the relationship, not productive behavior or true problem solving.

For example, most of us regard space as being an empty place with some gases, particles, and solid bodies scattered around in it. That isn't the complete truth by any stretch and science is just being to discover this in bits and pieces. It isn't empty space, it is only our lack of understanding of what exists in this space that we have difficulty in fathoming with our standard set of recognized senses. We do have other senses capability to this reality but we just normally don't admit them to ourselves or of course use them because we historically trod the same historical path our predecessors have.

Consider this speculation. Suppose our little world occupied a single widely spaced apart molecule in a supreme being's finger and we wanted to travel to the supreme being's breast area center of activity and communicated this to the colossal being. If this being's arm is outstretched that trip from finger to breast up the arm and shoulder might be like our world traveling to the very distant heart of our galaxy. That's a very long way and it would take a great deal of time and problem solving along the way to get there. However, if the supreme being is willing, this being could articulate the arm bringing the finger in contact with the breast, then the trip would then be just a short hop.

Note that in this very basic scenario we are not talking about the "science" of folding space or worm holes shortening the distance to travel. What we are talking about is the principle of intelligent mentality cooperating with associated lesser intelligence and matter to achieve a mutually agreed upon purpose through communication and action. What RV scratches the surface of is like this in principle. It has a scientific aspect but it is much more than "science" that we currently have no concept for. When used in a positive way, it is communication and action based on intelligence and cooperation to achieve productive goals.

When our kind tries to manipulate someone else via the "science" of "RV" and what we regard and try to conceptually limit as a "tool," we are missing the boat badly. If the standard of a "manipulative relationship" is created in the process of interaction, we are almost certainly the one to ultimately get manipulated because we are dealing with others who may not be perfect by any stretch at it in absolute terms but who are far better at this and more subtle at this than we are.

This means that what ever the secrecy agenda thinks they know because the information appeared to be so hard won over time and tested in hundreds of different ways during that time, may in fact be 100% manipulation by others guiding and leading them to their conclusions. This is also the problem with secrecy. Because of the small numbers involved that are fully in the know, this makes them especially vulnerable to subtle manipulation on levels that they do not really understand. Further, they are all leaders with leader mentality. That means the buck stops here and they have no one to talk to and the secrecy leadership ivory tower becomes a prison of isolation.

Out of this atmosphere of hidden leader isolation so deeply entrenched in secrecy and lost in a sea of manipulation comes the vulnerability to emotional reactions such as paranoia and stubbornness that leads to mistakes. So my message here is primarily to the secrecy types. Wake up an smell the true RV reality! You are likely being outflanked! Much of what you think you know is not real. A different and new way is required that no longer hinges in part on the secrecy but on the truth.

The world is ready to grow up and out of this suffocating muck we are embedded in and you need to grow up and out of this as well. To be successful, you need to break out of your isolation and develop a larger base of insight to draw from and that means the end of the secrecy to create this larger base more in touch with reality. It is time to start with the truth and add dimension to your decision making. Failure to do so just increases the effectiveness of the manipulation from other sides. It is time to lead for real or be consigned to a collapsing footnote in history.

If you general viewers do not understand what I'm talking about here, believe me the secrecy types do and they monitor this work heavily. I suspect they understand my points only too well. If I have given them too much credit and they do not, then they better start.
