MOON MISCELLANEOUS STRUCTURES

As you can see in the above first images,
the most clearly anomalous object in this terrain pointed out by the two green
arrows is a sort of wedge shaped structure seen near the bottom of the image.
Note to what appear to be many closely spaced but vaguely seen tiny dark uniform
notches all down its left side straight edge. An image not having to be a
lesser quality JPEG image with a fair amount of compression on it here for
small file size presentation purposes would reveal these many tiny notches
a bit better.
The details of the top of the wedge shape area have been mostly compromised
by covering small rectangular structures scattered across its surface with
light color coordinated blur/smudge image tampering applications. Note that
the right and no doubt largest and tallest portion of this object has been
completely hidden by a separate darker blur/smudge tampering application.
Hiding this tall portion of the total structure was easy in this case because
we are also looking straight down on the top and would have been seeing only
its smallest footprint. This is probably a tower like those completely covered
up in my previous reports #067 and #068 seen at a more oblique angle. I suspect
we are looking directly down on a large tower and the wedge shape area is
lower profile artificial structure near or at ground level projecting out
from the base area off the left side of the tower.
Fortunately for us, the otherwise thorough tampering applications did not
compromise the overall appearance of the wedge shaped area as defined by its
clear outline. Obviously what little we can see of this total object in its
wedge shaped portion with its uniform notches on the left side edge bears
not even a faint resemblance to any natural geology and literally jumps out
strongly identifying itself as artificiality. The outline and proportions
are just too well defined and too perfectly geometric.
Also, I put this object at the bottom of my image because I wanted you to
see the large featureless tampering area left of center in the mid level and
the round compound left of center at the top of the image. The tampering is
very effective here in these areas and we can't see much of anything but the
tampering should be obvious to you and it clearly suggests hiding something
additional and very large in this same area.
In fact, all of this terrain is heavily compromised by image tampering applied
at a number of different resolution levels leaving in general only a chaotic
jumble of fake detail behind where almost everything is indeterminate and
nothing natural much less artificial is identifiable. Sadly, this condition
is typical of the entire Moon surface in the 1994 Clementine military imaging.
The automated tampering software decision making (in preparation for the later
MGS MOC mission to Mars) is very good but not perfect since it did not recognize
and cover this highly geometric wedge shaped area along with everything else
associated with the tall large structure.
The above second image demonstrates
three larger structures pointed out by green arrows in this same type of visually
chaotic fake detail terrain that destroys all smaller evidence except for
the largest objects. The top left object is essentially completely hidden
but the lower left and upper right structures can be partially seen just a
little bit because the tampering applications on them did not quite cover
everything. Geometric structures tops can be partially seen sticking out of
the top of the tampering applications but there just isn't enough visual information
available here to be extrapolating from as to what they area.
Mostly I have included this image just as a sample of the weaker evidence
of smaller size but still relatively large structures that exist in the Moon
terrain the Clementine imaging, if one looks close enough to find it. This
evidence sample increases familiarity with and better understanding of the
type of image tampering that it takes to cover this larger size evidence when
the closer resolution (not released to the public) finer tampering applications
can't adequately take care of this slightly larger stuff and a another round
of tampering application at a more distant resolution must be done as seen
above to finish it off with varying degrees of success.
The above split screen third image demonstrates
four different evidence sites. The upper left image is of a tower structure
pointed out with two green arrows hidden by blur/smudge image tampering very
much like those presented in my report
#067 and report
#068 seen at this more oblique angle giving us a better idea of
its height relative to its surroundings. However here, although still very
tall dominating everything else in the environment around it and being very
large in absolute terms, this tower is not remotely as tall or nearly as massive
as the towers in those two previous reports. Because it is so much smaller
than those others both in height and in mass, this one blends in with its
surroundings better and is also hard to find in the original science data
blurry image.
Now I get further out on the proverbial limb with the other three discovery
sites in this split screen image. These appear to possibly be portions of
monumental faces pointed out by green arrows in each image partially sticking
out of a sea of very heavily done smooth featureless image tampering applications.
I often seen things like this in terrain's and usually do not report on it
without something else going for it because there is just too much chance
for it to be as result of coincidental geology.
However, here the commonality that drew my attention to this and my decision
to present these three sites as a group is first the unusual and unique eye
appearance, all with the eye strangely wide open in a fixed glare look and
the vertically oriented dark center pupil slit increasing this impression.
Add to that the fact that all three are in the same general area nearby each
other. Add to that, all three exist in seas of extra heavy image tampering
coatings blotting out large areas designed to mimic the Moon mare areas. This
kind of heavy tampering often, in my opinion, means heavy concentrations of
something very big to hide. So, even though only partially seen in this sea
of super heavy tampering, these similar objects take on a little more significance.
The object in the upper right image is a very large single eye with anything
else covered up by image tampering. The object in the lower left image appears
to possibly be a portion of the center area of a face centering on the brows,
eyes, and nose with anything else covered up by image tampering. The object
on the lower right appears to possibly be a portion of the right side of the
face with the emphasis on the right eye (from the object's perspective), again
with anything else mostly covered up by image tampering. Very strange but
also very similar and that similarity and commonality between the three nearby
sites, in my opinion, strains coincidence just a little too much.
Do I think these are a monumental faces sticking out of the thick image tampering?
Well, if forced into it, I'm going to have to reluctantly "guess"
no to that one. The evidence is just too limited to be extrapolating from
it very much.
Further, even though there are no frames of reference in these images to determine
true scale, it is almost certain that this is at the very least very distantly
seen based on other Clementine images where true scale can be better determined
and, with all the thick tampering, it could be even more distant than usual.
That kind of distancing can merge tiny objects together and form false shapes
and the human eye tends to exacerbate this by wanting to force shape perception
into something more familiar, even if well off the mark.
Further, the very thick heavily done image tampering field tends to frame
these objects and present them in a certain pronounced way while at the same
time preventing us from seeing the entire object and/or other objects that
these shapes may be associated with that might add clarity of interpretation.
All that makes me very cautious.
On the other hand, they do look the way they do and there is the undeniable
and strangely unique "eye" look similarity common to all three visuals
that is unique to this area of the Moon. Then there is the fact that the super
heavy image tampering may be hiding very large size dense civilization evidence
in this particular area that could support monumental evidence. That at least
makes it worth reporting on in my book and I thought you would like to at
least take a look at this. Beyond that, care is advised in interpretation
and you must decide for yourself its merit.
Now we come to the above fourth and
final image. I regard this as the strongest direct evidence of artificial
structures in this report and why I saved it for last. Get up close to the
screen and examine this parallel linear line evidence very close as pointed
out by the green arrows. Even though considerably compromised by image tampering,
the perfect rigid uniform right angle geometry and parallel line evidence
is undeniable. There is not the slightest chance that this arrow straight
and right angle geometry could be associated with natural geology in any way.
This evidence undeniably represents artificiality of some kind.
In fact, this is just a representative example of this kind of evidence. It
is seen in bits and pieces all over the Moon's surface. It is a favorite target
of the pervasive smooth featureless blur/smudge image tampering applications
you see here and that alone indicates a massive and sustained attempt to remove
this from view. As the old saying goes, where there is smoke, there is usually
fire! Further, I want you to now become aware that every last scrape of this
evidence that has partially escaped the image tampering in bits and pieces
like this is all in this same rigid vertical/horizontal parallel line pattern
oriented south and north all over the mid areas of the Moon surface and no
exceptions.
In fact, go back and look at the previous images in this report. Although
thoroughly covered up by image tampering, you will see side by side vertical
parallel row patterns printing through from underneath the tampering applications.
In some cases they may well be digital image splice lines but in many others
they are ground level detail covered up by the image tampering applications
and yet printing through it in basic shape. The totality of evidence like
this over the Moon globally demonstrates that the choice of the south to north
orbital path of the Clementine craft and it camera systems had other purposes
rooted in secrecy. The choice of orbital path was at least in part made to
coincide with, track and map this type of ground based phenomena.
No doubt one reason, in addition to basic information gathering, is so that
later, if anyone should question this as ground based evidence, the defense
deniability factor would be that this is the junction splice lines digital
imaging artifact where the long vertical south to north image strips converging
at the South and North Poles were joined. That might fly a bit better when
viewing this evidence at the normally supplied science data distant resolution
with its high albedo and fuzzy obscuring and often very dark quality.
However, the closer visual examination you see here with clarifying image
work confirms that this is actually ground based evidence quite separate from
and not to be confused with any orbital path digital imaging or image processing
factors. This will become clearer in future upcoming reports as more evidence
associated with this accumulates. Meanwhile, in this report, the main thing
I want you to be aware of is that this is clearly ground based evidence and
just as clearly it at the very minimum is very strong and powerful undeniable
direct evidence of artificiality that was not quite all covered up by the
prevalent image tampering.
With that said, this evidence still looks strange as to its purpose. Let me
say what I think that we are looking at here.
The key is to understand the image tampering and what it is trying to do and
the role it plays in the look of this evidence. On larger scale evidence that
is being seen directly down on in the camera view, as this evidence is, the
smooth featureless tampering application simply maps over and onto the top
center area of larger rectangular geometric structures covering everything
there and it maps right up very precisely to the outside edges where it stops.
This kind of very precise mapping, usually done at and enabled by very close
resolution never released to the public, leaves only a very narrow band uncovered
at the outside edge and this appears to us as a very narrow lighter color
precise line.
As evidence of this, just look very closely in the above fourth image and
you will see that the surface texture of the space within any of the rectangular
right angle lines is exactly the same smooth featureless tamper coating surface
texture as outside the geometric form covering a broader area. As I have previously
reported on, this is very similar to or basically the same as image tampering
applications in the general Mars terrain mapping up to a round crater and
on up its slopes but then skipping over the top rim leaving a narrow more
light reflective narrow band and then mapping to and covering the interior
of the crater and its interior slopes.
The process leaves the crater rim out as a ragged more high albedo light reflective
ring to break up the otherwise smooth featureless quality of the tampering
field. This provides a little texture to the otherwise featureless tampering
field surface and helps keep it from being readily identifiable as to what
it really is.
The capability of precise mapping over the surface of and right up to the
edges of geometric structures is also evidenced in the much closer to target
objects current Spirit and Opportunity imaging where the applications not
only map into the Mars terrain irregular complexity but onto certain parts
of the Rover vehicle itself as per some predefined map programming. For example,
rectangular geometric solar cells and other items on the Rover equipment are
routinely mapped to and their true surface covered over by the tampering applications
mapping over their top surface and precisely right to their edges. Evidence
of this can be seen in the first image in my report #061 titled "Spirit
Mud & Rover Evidence."
The explanation is that the rows of lines in my fourth image here are evidence
of lower profile fairly massive geometric squared and/or rectangular structures
of some kind tightly packed in long vertical rows and those rows are always
oriented north to south on the Moon. I'm not going to speculate what these
rows of structures may be here in this report with its more limited evidence
but I will say more in the next two reports on the Moon where additional and
accumulating evidence will be presented.
DOCUMENTATION (added 2/15/2010)
The military's Clementine Lunar Browser (CLIB) version
1.5 has been "retired" and the new "improved" version
2.0 data that replaces it now conveniently (for secrecy) does not contain
the discovery evidence presented here in this report and it appears that those
former discovery sites have been altered in the 2.0 data to sanitize them
away. Therefore, to facilitate verification and prove that the anomalous discoveries
were in fact in the older 1.5 science data and part of it for 16 years, the
links immediately below access the unaltered version 1.5 originals downloaded
by this researcher in 2004 and now parked on this website.

Since the general terrain around these discovery sites can still be identified
in the new 2.0 data despite changes, you can compare the old 1.5 versus the
new 2.0 sites and see the sanitization for yourself. Even though this may
be historically consistent with past secrecy treatment of anomalous Moon evidence,
I see this foolishness 16 years later military move targeting these anomalous
discoveries as particularly offensive, arrogant, and of very poor judgment.
Worse it demonstrates a serious disconnect with and disregard for the American
people who paid for this and who's sole property it is. However, you must
decide for yourself.
