Warning! You need to know up front that this is not an upbeat report and perhaps not for those with very tender dispositions. It deals with matters that can be considered visually gruesome as well as subjective opinions of mine that may be interpreted as dark and disturbing to some. So you may wish to avoid this report if you're sensitive and very easily disturbed. Truth is not always a pleasant path but for most of you exercising objectivity, I suspect the added insight will be worth it despite the dark evidence. You'll of course be the judge.

As many of you will have noted, my last few reports have been about official Moon evidence where someone is trying to and fairly well succeeding in obfuscating Moon truth in the imaging. Now normally I try to minimize my reporting on just obfuscation but I've been using some select evidence in the past few reports just to try and demonstrate the point that obfuscation exists in absolute terms with respect to official Moon exploration and that it should be taken seriously by you.

Why? It's because I've personally come to a conclusion via my own discoveries that someone with very advanced technology and active is on the Moon and it is not us. The evidence reported on by me in year 2004 (Reports 66–71 links further down) drawn from the since recently sanitized Navy Clementine mission official science data weighs heavily in my thinking on this and I've seen nothing in the years since that reporting to moderate or dispel this very personal conclusion. Also, from what I've seen of the Japan, China, India, and Russia missions to the Moon, obfuscation continues to be even more thorough and effective than in the older US data. That strongly suggests that there continues to be something on the Moon hidden from you and I in the public that is active and ongoing rather than ancient and long gone.

However, first one must come to the realization that something very important is being hidden before one can seriously start considering what that something might be? In my limited way, that is the purpose of the previous recent reports in paving the way for this report and its conclusions.

You'll also need to know up front that, contrary to my usual reporting habits, the older imaging in this report appears not to be of the verifiable kind. The image with the anomalous evidence came to my attention from a party known as Azzabuv allegedly as a scanned in preserved as an electronic file image from an old early 1975 book titled "Geology of the Moon" now long misplaced. Part of the book's subject matter was the geology of the Orientale Basin on the Moon as seen in the above distant 1st image based on the Lunar Orbiter 4 mission and image frame #4187 taken in May, 1967.

The Orientale Basin or Mare Orientale is an ancient giant impact crater depression located on the Moon's western limb on the near side facing Earth. In the above image, the crater center and outer most ring areas are generally filled with regolith (soil) giving portions of the site the darker level "Mare" look (smoother level area) that are so prevalent on the Moon's near side facing us than is the case on the more deeply and plentifully cratered far side. Official stats tell us that the above imaged Orientale Basin impact site is about 580 miles or 930 km across.

The alleged reason this particular image was preserved as a scanned electronic file out of the book is because of the focal point of what is suppose to be a smaller impact crater in the Orientale Basin outer ring pointed out in the above distant context image by the yellow arrow and which upon closer inspection reminds one very much of a partially obscured human "death's head" not yet completely free of its desiccated flesh covering. This macabre gruesome rough textured evidence appears in the image below.

The above 2nd image presents the book's zoomed in on death's head looking evidence in a side-by-side subtle darker and lighter comparison. I've done this darker and lighter comparison for two reasons. The first reason is that the comparison subtly enhances detail just a bit. The second reason is to demonstrate to you the dense dithering pattern of the dark area covering half of this object in the right panel and its complete uniform density that really does not behave like true shadow. This will also compare with what you will see later below here in this report where this density is more smoothed over and subtly altered in the more recent official version of this image.

Now this shadow's dense uniformity devoid of any land form geology detail is not how true shadow behaves in a bright sunlight reflective environment like this. The density of true shadow, and especially across multiple terrain angles present here, has variations in the coverage density and often with faint terrain reflectivity in parts of it. The dark areas here are more like a dense coating or application telling us to be cautious about what we are looking at here.

As for the human head appearance, I've seen and dismissed many ground level images like this suggesting faces and figures in the science data. However, that dark area that is no doubt suppose to be shadow on the right side of the head looks an awful lot like image tampering to me and the kind that dates back into the 1960s and 1970s science data.

For me the presence of likely image tampering here on this object trying and failing to adequately mimic shadow or completely obscure the whole object as something to hide tends to lend credibility to the overall image and this particular object actually being something real to hide and not just some chance composition of ground components. It's just that the original obfuscation attempt was poorly and inadequately done as was often the case in the earliest 1960s–1970s cruder image tampering technology.

This perceived image tampering on this object has attracted enough of my attention to feel compelled to share it with you in spite of the fact that the source cannot be verified, that is unless some of you can find that book. However, if this is real and if it is what it appears to be, note that it isn't just a face or head effigy representing someone as is the case with the many others that I've seen. This is a human appearing head and it is on the Moon over our heads every night and it may be a gruesome "death's head" with all that such a visual warning characterization implies.

If this miles across object is artificially engineered to this effect, that is a great deal of trouble to go to meaning that who ever did this is very serious about the message it conveys and there is nothing friendly at all for Earth humans about that message. The choice of making it a human appearing effigy also says who the message is directed at as does its location on the near side of the Moon pointed at Earth.

If you were an explorer tromping around in a primeval rainforest on a unknown trail in unknown country and came upon some poles stuck in the ground with rotting human heads sticking on the top of them facing you on the trail, what would that tell you? If you're not a complete moron and have any sense at all, it would tell you to get the hell out of there in the opposite direction NOW and hope that it's not too late! If this is what it appears to be on the Moon and it's real, that's the power of this kind of unmistakable message devise saying STAY AWAY!

The above 3rd image showing a couple of examples of the real heads of old Earth mummies along with Moon object tells the tale even though the mummy head on the right is distorted it appears by having died as a result of violent blows to the head resulting in severe skull damage. Note how the desiccated flesh of the lips pulls away from the mouth and teeth area. This is typical of many human mummies.

Does it seem implausible and therefore simply unbelievable to you that a human like death's head characterization would be on the Moon even if you could accept that the place is or was occupied by someone else? If so, there are some things that I want you to think about.

In the earliest days of Earth human space exploration, there was a space race going on between the USA and the old USSR. The fact is that Russia in translating itself into the USSR during and on the heels of World War II lost face and world prestige from their point of view in allowing the USA to get out in front with the first development of the atomic weapons technology used on Japan to end World War II. That military technical advantage helped contribute to USSR paranoia with the result of the USSR then focusing heavily and effectively on gaining a perceived technical advantage via the space race which then consisted of getting into orbit around the Earth and then to the Moon and back.

With the USSR's early successes putting the USA decidedly in second place at the start, this in turn caused an increase in paranoia here in the USA and then the space race was really cranked up on an emergency basis. I lived through this time as some of you probably did. Soon the USA managed to pull ahead with manned missions to and landings on the Moon. I go to the trouble to recount this little history in brief because there are some that insist the USA mission evidence on going to the Moon and landing people there was fabricated. In other words, what you can't achieve through real technological advances quick enough to win a race, you achieve more speedily through the psychology of manipulation as a matter of perception and expediency.

Now I am not really going to weigh in so much on whether this alleged fabrication in the space race may be true or false because I don't have the research for such conclusions. On the other hand, what I am going to weigh in on is some of the psychology I've observed as demonstrated in some of these events. For example, considering typical human behavior everywhere including here in the USA, the pressure to win would be very real and at least the incentive would have been there to take short cuts of fabrication that perhaps only later became reality and for a US society to go along with it perceiving it as in their best interest and national pride to not question such actions and behavior very closely.

For example, at the beginning of the race and US paranoia, I remember pictures (leaked) appearing in a newspaper depicting what was alleged to be a secret facility. It was a warehouse suppose to be full of satellites. The purpose was to show that we were way ahead in satellite production. Despite my youthful ignorance back then, I remember thinking at the time that anyone who believed so many unnecessary and expensive satellites existed would have to be really gullible and dumb. So I guess my questioning attitude was not completely blunted by my ignorance even back in those early days.

Now the visual evidence in my 2004 Moon Reports 067, 068, 069, 070, 071 and 2010's Report 180 from the older Navy Clementine data before it was recently sanitized of this evidence clearly indicates that someone is not just on the Moon, but on it in a big way as represented by extensive major structure evidence rather than just being limited to a few outposts. That kind of occupation logically could only come from a long established culture and not from one established only within a few past decades.

Think about it. If you and your people were on the Moon for a long time calling it home for centuries or millennia and you were well aware of typical human behavior scenarios down here on Earth wherein stronger cultures roll over weaker cultures because the weaker culture has something the stronger culture wants. The native American Indian versus the European settlement push westward in "Manifest Destiny" on the North American continent quickly comes to mind. If the Moon was your ancient home and you were fully aware of the above typical human behavior on Earth, what would be your reaction to Earth humans with growing technology obtaining a foot hold of any kind on your world? Can you see where this is going?

Could it be that Earth eyes in the sky and humans orbiting the Moon are allowed to see very clear statements like the above death's head as unmistakable signs that you can look and see our advanced technology and be sufficiently impressed by it but you are warned to stay away from setting foot here or else we'll use our technology against you? What single unmistakable symbol would be the most obvious and effective way of conveying such a visual message to Earth humans? Can you think of a more effective message devise on the Moon conveying that unmistakable message than a purposefully engineered decayed grisly human death's head representation?

Now it doesn't mean that they are actively hostile toward us. It just says that we know you and we're serious enough about your staying off of our territory that life itself is at risk here if you are not very careful. Depending on the way another race or species of advanced beings may think, highly temporary manned landings in remote places on "our" Moon may be okay and even invited under our watchful eye as long as they are HIGHLY TEMPORARY and don't become repeat habit. If such a scenario has been playing out in our relationship with the Moon, it would explain much of our otherwise inexplicable strange behavior in illogically avoiding the Moon for decades.

My point with this discussion is that there is a very good reason why both Russia and the USA have avoided trying to develop a physical presence on the Moon in all these past decades despite the fact that it is logical to do so as a jump off place in space exploration in addition to obtaining its resources, that is if the Moon is as empty as it is suppose to be. Simply speaking, each subsequent generation of our hidden leaders, regardless of occasional expressed political rhetoric to do otherwise, once they get in the real need to know loop they are intelligent enough to be too scared to push that particular envelope very far.

So decade after decade goes by and we here on Earth continue to avoid attempting a physical presence on the Moon while at the same time pushing the message that nothing is there but airless rock and soil. Instead we do the much more cumbersome space station thing and talk about manned missions to the much further distant Mars up in the always more distant and safer future. Let me just observe here that Mars will be essentially no different as far as a future Earth human presence there goes unless we negotiate permission for that presence. If we get it, you can bet that it will be very limited and much controlled. After all, our track record of greed through the centuries here on Earth is clear enough for all to observe who have interest enough to do so.

But, that's just pure ridiculous speculation of the wildest and most irresponsible kind isn't it? I can just hear it now, death's head warning markers on the Moon meant as a warning exclusively for we Earth humans, you've got to be kidding! I use to have maybe a tiny bit of respect for you and some of your work but now you've clearly stepped over the line into the just plain weird.

Maybe but I extrapolate from evidence, not preconceived feelings or imagination. I may have it wrong just as anyone can but the Clementine evidence tells me that someone who isn't us is well established in extensive facilities on the Moon, facilities hidden by equally extensive obfuscation tactics, and has been there for a long time. Our illogical actively avoiding establishing a physical presence on the Moon despite the difficulties in doing so is itself evidence and logically suggests that we are actively avoiding the place for a very real reason that endures.

The only motivation strong enough to last over generations here on Earth would logically be fear that renews itself with each subsequent generation and change in general world leadership. A nearby supposedly airless dead surface planetoid just would not inspire that level of strong enduring emotional avoidance reaction.

The above 4th and 5th images are here for comparison with each other. Image 4 is from the allegedly scanned book. The so called death's head in the 2nd image was zoomed in on and taken from this book image. The 5th image is what is currently in the official science data archive of this same scene. As you can see in the A–B comparison, there is quite a difference between the two in the sense of available small detail.

Note how much more general detail is in the 4th image and how bright and reflective the terrain is in general which is consistent with how true raw geology behaves in sunlight as the solids particles of raw geology are very sunlight reflective. Now note the serious reduction in general detail in the 5th and current official image as well as the now absent general terrain reflectivity. In my opinion, that's because the 5th image has been subjected to a coating of opaque smudge treatment like a coat of paint that dramatically reduced detail and essentially completely eliminated surface reflectivity.

Of course, as you can see in the 5th image, this dramatically altered the already partially obscured death's head evidence, thoroughly eliminating the perception of it and transforming it into just another innocent geological land form. You can perhaps appreciate how the presence of this obvious manipulation to reduce information in the Moon Oriental Basin imaging gives me more reason to take the allegedly scanned but undocumented image more seriously than I might normally have. Now that doesn't make it conclusively a death's head but it sure does look like one.

This kind of evidence combined with the Navy Clementine civilization evidence also now expunged from the current record is strongly suggestive of someone being on the Moon who doesn't trust Earth humans and doesn't want us setting foot on that planetary body even though they don't mind us observing their presence and their power to defend themselves. Someone technologically advanced beyond Earth humans who likely has demonstrated in the past their willingness and capability to defend their domain from the likes of us or, more specifically, from the likes of who ever controls you and I in the public.

I suspect that the hidden powers that really call the shots here on Earth have been suitably impressed explaining why the Moon has been avoided in manned space exploration all these years and decades and why secrecy prevails long term through the generations. It also explains why Moon missions like the LCROSS supposed bombing of the Moon turned out to be such a dud and probably acted only as misdirection (watch the birdie) for some other secret activity. We're probably lucky that a bunch of greedy ruthless people operating beyond moral right and civil laws here on Earth haven't plunged us into planetary conflict as this cabal of control addicted types operates beyond any population checks and balances.

While I'm on subjective speculative subjects, I also suspect that these same people have a years long scam currently in operation that tries to use what is on the Moon to scare certain Earth governments into complying with the goals of the scam. These governments all about the same time go to the Moon to verify what is there including deaths head and probably more which in verifying then tends to stampede them in the scam's direction. Their thinking or more specifically emotional reaction being that, if this is true on the Moon, then the scam is likely true as well and we must comply.

You see folks, this isn't the 1940s, 1950s or 1960s where Earth humans new to it all and pretending it doesn't exist just react here and there all over the place and others more sophisticated than we are just make allowances for our spastic behavior. After so many decades and generations passing, there is now organization guided by ruthlessness and likely battles going on that you and I are unaware of but still part of and will be impacted by. Things are happening that we have no knowledge of or input in.

Those of us born and raised here on Earth have never known any other existence that we can remember. With our short life spans and equivalent shorter term thinking, we tend to think that this is the greatest place in the Universe and anyone in their right mind would want what we have here and therefore plot to acquire it just as we might. I submit to you that anyone with a long life span and long term thinking to go along with it may very well not see it the same way at all.

The Earth is geologically a very violent place when considered in long geological time often with the potential to repeatedly wipe out civilizations and great masses of life in general. The passage of a few thousands or tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of years, a mere tiny blip in geological time, can and has changed everything. If you were a very long lived space faring race coming into this Solar System seeking long term stability and to pick out a long term home, Earth may not appear to be a good candidate at all to you.

The point is that long life others settling into this and other nearby systems in the past might avoid Earth as too unstable and therefore undesirable in the long term. The Moon, if it isn't a space craft, might be a better prospect from their space faring point of view with only problems that can be solved by their advanced technology. Remember as well that, just as with us, the definition of what one regards as a home sweet home environment is likely in large part determined by one's early and ongoing highly personal early experience.

Do you subscribe to the ignorance is bliss theory? Is this level of ignorance what you want in space exploration feedback that we paid for? If there is someone technologically advanced on the Moon so close to us and the deaths head is real, then they clearly do not want anything to do with us or at least are very cautious about our nearby presence and observed behavior.

If true, don't you think that we need to know why such an opinion of us exists rather than brush it off assuming it is just because of some idiosyncrasy on their part. Maybe the reason for it is within us as evidenced by entire governments being stampeded and scammed and something we in the public need to handle starting with not being led around by the nose so easily by those preferring to remain hidden and operating in secret from the shadows.

There is a need for us to stop being asleep at the wheel and become involved in our own destiny rather than leave it to others of questionable merit and intent. There is more to life than work, sex, doing the social thing, tweeting, text messaging your friends, and watching ball games. Aspire for something higher and let's try to obtain the true science data and its truth shuttled off into secrecy and wake up the world.

ADDENDUM 9/26/2010

It took looking at several hundred images all over the Internet but I finally found one image online in an obscure but official science data spot that is closer to the 1967 Lunar Orbiter 4 imaging of the portion of Mare Orientale in question here with a little less obfuscation in it. It confirms the Moon deaths head looking object and is as appears below without any enhancements at all in it by me except for the red arrow.

As you can see in the above 6th image added to this report, the deaths head looking object also known as "Nicholson" is pointed out with the red arrows on the image's left margin. I did also find several other images that confirmed the deaths head but only from a distance and with poor resolution that compromised the evidence too much and I'm afraid they would not have been enough to quell arguments. However, the above image verifiable right in the official Moon USRA science data speaks for itself.

Now understand that this reporting does not necessarily confirm that it is a deaths head, only that it looks like one but it does bring this previously speculatory Mare Orientale image with greater detail into a verifiable and now confirmed reality. While you're taking in this new 6th image, note the high amount of detail and ground reflectivity in this general scene that is so consistent with the 4th image further up in the report and its detail as compared to the much more sanitized smoothed over 5th image that is now the official record.

This is the problem for those who would keep secrets. Early Moon imaging is considered history and no one wants to throw them away as being too old. It's been over 3 decades since the Lunar Orbiter 4 images were initiated in 1967 and they exist every where and in some of the most obscure places. By far the bulk of these images, including the above, have been sanitized one time to repeated times but it is hard to catch every image and every detail in an image and especially when the imaging is located in obscure places online that patience can uncover.

For all of you who helped by trying to find that book with the Mare Orientale image in it, thank you. The effort is appreciated. As it turned out, it wasn't necessary in light of this better solution but you never know.
